list. You may be a former consignor, a volunteer, a shopper, or a new-found
fan. In any case, welcome to the spring 2008 All-4-Kids Consignment Sale!
We've gone technological!
Our
sale is scheduled for Saturday, March 8, 2008 from 8:00am-1:00pm
(NEW! 1/2 price sale 12-1pm on items consignors have chosen to label for
discount. Some items will remain as priced).
First things
first. If you are not interested in receiving future emails from All-4-Kids,
just reply to this email and let me know - a simple "unsubscribe" is fine.
Please include your name. On the same note, feel free to pass it along to
someone who might be interested in any part of our sale.
Lots of exciting
changes this spring. To learn more about these important changes and how to
register as a consignor, volunteer, both, or to donate items, please read the
information below and important instructions on our website carefully. If you
are a shopper, please mark your calendar, and spread the word! Here is
a summary of some of what is new and different this spring, followed by
instructions for getting started:
1. All
information, registration info, and instructions are available on our web-site.
The one thing we were not able to put on our web-site yet are the
illustrations. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR IMPORTANT TAGGING/HANGING
INFORMATION. PLEASE SAVE AND PRINT ILLUSTRATIONS ATTACHED TO THIS EMAIL IF YOU
WILL BE CONSIGNING AS THESE ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON OUR WEB-SITE AS OF YET.

2. Registration to consign will now take place through our web-site where
consignors will receive a seller's number - no more four-letter words! Each
Consignor will keep her seller number for subsequent
sales.
3. Registration
will be limited to the first 100 consignors. If this limit is reached on the
website, you may email or call me to add your name to a waiting
list.
4. You will still
create hand-written tags (no hand-written prices), but all tags will now also
have BARCODES and be scanned at checkout. PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR TAG
SAMPLE. You will order barcodes right on the web, and we will print them for
you. You can even monitor your sales online the day of the sale!
5. You will use a
full standard-size (3x5) index card for each item, no more 1/2 tags. The white
and colored tags are still in effect for donating/reclaiming
purposes.
6. For the first
time, we will be accepting authentic Maternity clothing that is clean and in
good condition. Same quality standards apply. Tagging process remains the
same.
6. We will have a
1/2 price sale on Saturday the 8th, for shoppers coming through the door between
12:00 and 1:00. You will have the opportunity to designate items you do NOT
want sold at a discount when ordering your barcodes.
7. We have
included more detailed lists on the web-site of items we will and will not
accept for sale. See the "What's for Sale" link. (i.e.. no kids meal or happy meal
toys this year, and all battery-operated items must have working batteries!)

8. There is a
15-item minimum to participate as a consignor.
9. We really
cannot sell any item without a tag because it will need to be scanned. So tag
securely!
IMPORTANT: Even if you decide not to consign at this sale,
we highly recommend you submit your contact information through our "Mailing
List" link to ensure your information remains current for advance notice of
future All-4-Kids sales, and will also ensure you remain on our mailing/emailing
list.

out. Take some time to navigate the site and you will find a wealth of
information. If you have questions, you may call me, Molly Ward, at 527-9949,

for me, but the preferred email now for any All-4-Kids correspondence.
Please ALWAYS include "All-4-Kids" in the subject line of any email, seller
number if you have one, and your first and last name.
