Hello Everyone,

I have some more important information for you.

 

The barcode orders are coming in which is great; however, please price your items first and then base your barcode label orders only on the prices you need.  Please don't order a lifetime supply of labels at various prices in one sitting!  I felt like I was winning the lottery the way those labels were coming out of the printer for minutes on end...You can go back in and order additional labels needed at any time. 

 

Please remember to sign up for a drop-off appointment.  If you have signed up to work one of the check-in times, you should also sign up for a slot that during that shift.

 

There are still plenty of volunteer slots left and we need your help! 

Tuesday 3/4 from 9am-12pm (4 slots)

Thursday 3/6 5:30-9pm (4 slots)

Friday 3/7 9am-12pm (7 slots)

Saturday 3/8 7:30-10:30am, 10:00am- 1:00pm, and 12:30-3:30pm. 

You can sign up right on the website and you can sign up for more than one slot if you want to.

 

Just a reminder that there is a 15-item minimum to consign this year.  Please contact me asap if you have signed up but do not have enough items.  We have 5 people on the waiting list who would love to have a spot! 

 

I will be emailing the flyer very soon so be thinking about where you might post flyers, or who you might forward the email to.  In the mean time, word of mouth is a great way to spread the word.

 

Finally, if anyone is planning a trip to IKEA in New Haven in the next week or so, please let me know.  We would like to purchase approximately 40 of the IKEA large shopping bags but I cannot order them online or over the phone.  A long shot maybe, but I thought I would ask.
